Terms of Use

These Terms explain the main rules for using the AnySave web service, including permitted use, content responsibility, and service limits.

Last updated: 2026-04-30

1. Service Overview

AnySave provides a public-link parsing and download-assistance service on the web.

The web service is intended for submitting public links, checking available results, and trying the product within its current limits.

2. Accounts and Access

Some web features require Google sign-in before use.

You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account and for using the service in a lawful and proper way.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the service only for personal, lawful, and proper purposes.

Links submitted through the web service should refer to public content you are allowed to access, use, or process, or content you are otherwise authorized to handle.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the service to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other legal rights.
  • Submitting unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized content.
  • Using scripts, automation, bulk requests, scraping, or similar methods to abuse the service.
  • Trying to bypass, interfere with, test, or damage site protections, rate limits, or service restrictions.
  • Impersonating others, misusing accounts, or harming the security or stability of the service.

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the links you submit, the results you obtain, the files you download, and how you use them afterward.

AnySave provides technical processing only and does not guarantee that any particular content is lawful to copy, store, distribute, or reuse.

If you are not sure whether you are allowed to use certain content, do not process it through the service.

6. Service Limits and Availability

The web service may include free-try limits, request-frequency limits, platform limits, or other product restrictions.

We may adjust those limits or features when needed for product, technical, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.

We do not guarantee that every platform, every link, or every request will work at all times.

7. Third-Party Dependencies

The web service may depend on Google sign-in, analytics services, cloud infrastructure, database services, or third-party technology related to link parsing.

Changes, interruptions, or limitations in those services may affect web availability or specific features.

8. Intellectual Property

The AnySave web service itself, including its site design, code, text, branding, and product materials, remains protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the web service itself to you.

9. Suspension and Termination

If we reasonably believe that certain activity creates abuse, infringement, risk, illegality, or service instability, we may limit, suspend, or terminate related access.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The web service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

AnySave is not responsible for losses caused by service interruption, third-party restrictions, parsing failure, expired content, account issues, network problems, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

11. Updates to These Terms
